Mashed Cauliflower

I didn't actually make this recipe, but my sister-in-law did and it was really good! I'm creating this recipe based on what I've read and how she told me she made it. Mashed Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower 1 Tbsp butter Milk Garlic Salt

Wash the cauliflower. Remove the stalk and leaves and place in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, or until the pieces are soft.

Place in a food processer or blender, along with the butter and a splash of milk. Puree until the desired consistency is reached.

Add garlic salt (or other spices) to taste.
